Week 16: Spring feelings

Just a quick one as I have to go to work:

Yesterday was a lovely warm day out which we spent watching a St.George's Day Parade. I'd love to show you photos of that but Siegrid wouldn't share the camera! But in the park afterwards I did have time for a couple of shots. I hope the weather's as nice where you are...

Week 15.3: Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

Well I always had my suspicions, those phone calls I've been receiving recently from my dad - wearing what sounds suspiciously like underwater breathing apparatus:

Dad: "Jamie, I am your father".
Me: "Err.. I know Dad"
Dad: "Be careful of the Jedi, Jamie. Only through me can you achieve a power greater than any Jedi. Learn to know the Dark Side of the Force and you will be able to save your wife from the giant spiders".
Me: "What did you say? How do you know that...?"
Dad: "Use my knowledge, I beg you."
Me:  "You're the Sith Lord!"

Grr - it's hard to know who to trust these days....

Tomorrow night it's 'Empire' with the boys :D

Week 15.2: Comedy Gold

The neighbouring village has been in the news for some reason.

This lazy 'Steinbock' (Stein = Stone, Bock = Male goat; Steinbock = Ibex/Capricorn) in Gumpling was enchanted to sleep for a thousand years.

At least that's what I told my boys :)

Week 14.2: Easter Resurrection

Siegrid rang me at 6 this morning. Why, you might ask, would she do that? Well her good friend Mila is over to visit and the two of them were out partying all night, and needed picking up. Our Easter miracle was that the pair of them did manage to get up during the daylight hours, though as you can see - that didn't last long.

In other mortality news - Siegrid's gonna kill me when she feels well enough to read this! :D
